Refund, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

Fastrack Employment ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing an excellent service.

1. Appointments and Payments

All consultations with Fastrack Employment are scheduled online or via a representative. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Service fee is charged after the clients take the Assessment Test on the USPS career portal.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this Refund, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time at no charge.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50.

You can cancel or reschedule through the booking link in your confirmation email.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior contact, you will be considered a no-show.

  • $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges.

This fee compensates our consultants for the reserved time and lost opportunity to serve other clients.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility — Assessment Test Results
    Clients who have completed the USPS Assessment Test but have not received a “Conditional Job Offer” from the United States Postal Service within ten (10) business days from the date of test completion may submit a request for a refund. Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon verification of the Client’s test completion date and confirmation, through the USPS Career Dashboard, that no Conditional Job Offer has been issued within the specified period.

  • Background Check Policy
    Clients who elect to complete the required background check forms independently, without the assistance or direct involvement of a Fastrack Employment representative, hereby acknowledge and agree that all related fees are non-refundable in the event they fail, are disqualified, or otherwise do not pass the background check. Fastrack Employment shall bear no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or adverse determinations arising from background check submissions completed without its assistance.

  • Client Responsibility for Information Accuracy
    Clients who engage the assistance of a Fastrack Employment representative to complete background check documentation are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. In the event a client provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information that results in a failed background check, the client shall be deemed fully responsible for such outcome, and no refund or credit shall be issued. Fastrack Employment shall not be held liable for any adverse results arising from inaccurate information supplied by the client.

  • Refund Verification Requirement
    In order to be eligible for consideration of a refund, the Client must verify non-receipt of a job offer through the official USPS Career Dashboard. The Client agrees to participate in a live video conference call with a designated Fastrack Employment representative and to share their screen during the session to demonstrate, in real time, that no job offer has been received. Failure to complete this verification process will render the Client ineligible for a refund. Fastrack Employment reserves the right to document the verification process for recordkeeping purposes.

5. Transparency of Fees

All fees, including no-show and late-cancellation fees, are clearly disclosed prior to booking in accordance with New York consumer protection laws.
We do not charge any undisclosed or “surprise” fees.
